Northern City Council
We deliver outsourced procurement services through Consultancy+ to support them in the management of their services category strategy. Our specialists support each of their strategic consultancy buys through provisions of competitive tendering, response evaluation and contract management. This is all done through our consultancy management system and by our centralised project team to ensure that the Council is given full visibility of their spend and management over spend authorisation. This service has also ensured that all consultants that are brought in to the business are compliant to ensure the Council is protected.
We deliver a Consultancy Managed Service model to the Bank that helps offer them visibility and control over their consultancy spend (in excess of £1billion). Our on-site, dedicated PMO team work with the Bank to support strategic buying & category strategy, deliver Statement of Work (SoW) projects and manage a marketplace of consultancy providers.
