Our client has been undertaking a large transformation programme since 2014. At this point they engaged Reed to support them in delivering this transformation across a number of key projects. As part of our consultancy service to the firm, we delivered the following:

  • Evaluation and assessment of current workforce to directly inform decisions around future workforce strategy in line with the business requirements
  • Management of impacted individuals out of the business and in to their next career through our outplacement model

As a consultancy partner to this client, we have a delivered a number of projects. These have included:

  • Review and recommendations assessment around legislative changes such as AWR and Pensions – Our consultancy teams delivered the research, analysis and recommendation report to allow the Bank to ensure they are making the correct provisions and sensible decisions around these key changes
  • Reward and retention review across all flexible workers
